I. High Proportion of Environmental Protection Investment with Comprehensive Hardware Facilities
The total environmental protection investment for the project (Phase I) amounts to 184 million RMB, a significant proportion providing substantial financial support for environmental governance. Among this, approximately 24 million RMB was invested in civil construction for environmental facilities, including an environmental protection power distribution room, an environmental protection control room, an RO workshop, various wastewater treatment tanks, and hazardous waste incineration units, with a total construction area of approximately 33,000 square meters. Approximately 160 million RMB was invested in environmental protection equipment, including activated carbon adsorption and regeneration systems, evaporation systems, hazardous waste incineration systems, biochemical systems, membrane treatment systems, and waste gas treatment systems. The annual wastewater treatment capacity reaches 1 million cubic meters, with hardware configuration at a high level in the industry.
II. Multi-Dimensional Technological Innovation for Efficient Waste Treatment
1. Wastewater Treatment: To address an annual wastewater generation of 943,725.53 cubic meters, the combined process of "activated carbon adsorption + neutralization filtration + biochemical treatment system + softening system + RO + NF + MVR evaporation" is adopted. The treated water quality not only meets the Grade B standard of the "Wastewater Quality Standard for Discharge into Municipal Sewers" (GB/T31962-2015) and the influent requirements of the park's wastewater treatment plant but can also be reused after advanced treatment, significantly improving water resource utilization.
2. Waste Gas Treatment: Refined treatment processes are applied according to different scenarios. Exhaust gas from the synthesis workshop is treated by "water spray + two-stage alkaline spray absorption + two-stage activated carbon adsorption with steam desorption." Exhaust gas from the wastewater treatment station and related areas is treated by multi-stage absorption and adsorption processes (e.g., "one-stage alkaline absorption + one-stage acid absorption + one-stage activated carbon adsorption," "one-stage acid absorption + one-stage alkaline absorption + two-stage activated carbon adsorption with steam desorption," etc.). Flue gas from the activated carbon regeneration unit and incinerator is treated by complex processes such as "waste heat recovery denitrification + quench deacidification + adsorption dust removal + spray dewhitening" to ensure compliant emissions of all waste gases.
3. Solid Waste Treatment: All solid wastes, including spent activated carbon, dried sludge, waste resin, waste salt, incinerator slag, and waste oil, are entrusted to qualified third parties for harmless treatment. Additionally, two hazardous waste temporary storage warehouses are equipped, with sufficient capacity for one month of pre-storage, achieving standardized control over the entire solid waste process and preventing secondary pollution.
III. Deep Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation with Internationally Leading Technology Level
Collaborating with Tsinghua University and Tianjin University on process technology research and development, leveraging the scientific research strength of these universities to break through industry technical bottlenecks. This has achieved mechanized solid feeding, automated process control, closed-conveying of slurry materials, green washing of filter cakes, energy-saving raw pulp spray drying, and low-carbon recycling in waste treatment.
